The operating principle of double coil boilers differs from other boilers. In this sense, double coil boilers are connected to a boiler or solar collector. Heating is first done in the solar energy collector. If the temperature does not reach the desired level, the boiler circuit automatically activates and adjusts the temperature towards the desired level.
The question of how much volume boilers can be produced is also a common curiosity. In this regard, boilers can be produced in volumes ranging from 100 to 10,000 liters. This actually shows that boilers can have a significant volume. While boilers for household use are generally low-capacity boilers, high-capacity boilers can be preferred for industrial use.
When purchasing a boiler, it is important to pay attention to the size of the boiler and the materials used in their construction, as they may vary. Double-walled boilers are a type of boiler also known as jacketed boilers in some cases. Double-walled boilers take up nearly three times more space and are not recommended for use after a static pressure value of 25 mSS. High heat loss is also among the factors to be considered. In contrast, coil boilers are pressure-resistant boiler systems. By increasing the heating surface area, the heating time of water can be shortened, heat loss is reduced, the galvanization quality is good, and their lifespan is longer. However, using boilers in a vertical position is not highly recommended in boiler rooms with low heights. If heating is done with hot water or steam, it is strongly recommended to use vertical coil boilers.
Electric boilers are a type of boiler that operates using electric energy in spaces where there is no hot heat source. The heat sources that can be used are as follows:
